Ø Hills

In the flat and wide Nørreådal lies a sharply demarcated ridge - Ø Bakker. 

Wonderful view

Up from the heather-clad hills there is a beautiful view of the river. Follow the walk along the marked paths from the parking lot.

The legend of King Dan, who was reportedly Denmark's first king, belongs to Ø Bakker. King Dan gave his name to the country. According to legend, he is buried in Ø Bakker in full gear.
