The 20 m wide and 2 km long beach in the bay at Virksund is a lovely sandy beach with pebbles. The beach is very child-friendly, as it only slowly gets deep. The bottom consists of sand and stones and the water is almost always clear and clean. Here there are good conditions for windsurfing - for beginners as well as experienced ones. At the beach there is a jetty, kiosk and toilet. Parking space nearby.
