Forgotten effects:
Personal belongings forgotten in the room or the hotel on departure are stored for a short period at the hotel, after which they are handed over for recycling or discarded. Unfortunately, we are unable to store the items for a longer period of time and are not liable for compensation either. If you bring personal effects, it is at your own risk. Contact if necessary the hotel by telephone as soon as possible after the stay to inquire about forgotten property still being stored.

Dogs or other domestic animals are only allowed to be brought by prior agreement with the hotel, as this is only possible in a certain type of room, in a limited number.

Number of rooms: The hotel has 134 rooms divided into 115 double rooms, 15 single rooms, 3 Double Superior and 1 suite.

We take responsibility for the environment: As standard, we have chosen not to clean rooms during stays of more than 1 night. This is to reduce the hotel's electricity and water consumption. If you still want light cleaning, waste collection, clean towels or something else, this is possible by agreement with the reception at no charge.

Other facilities:
The hotel has a lovely wellness area with a large swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness centre. Opening hours: Weekdays at 7.00 – 22.00 - weekends at 7.00 – 21.00.
